Meet Carson

In her role as a Client Service Associate, Carson enjoys building strong, trust-based relationships through consistent and open communication. By providing personalized support to clients, she ensures they feel valued and heard.

Carson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2022. She is an active member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, where she developed her leadership and teamwork skills. Her background in behavioral science highlights her passion for helping others, as it provides her with a deep understanding of human behavior and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

Outside of the office, Carson enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, especially when it involves walking one of her dogs on the trail or taking them to the river. She is also passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers whenever possible at Ronald McDonald House, where she finds fulfillment in supporting families in need.
